I have been using the wax ear plugs for a while. You will never guess how I found out the wax ear plugs do a better job. Well my wife watches Greys Anatomy on repeat. She has watched it at least a handful of times. This time I got my best sleeping tip in season 3 episode 11, to handle my wife’s not so trucker-like snoring that occasionally wakes me up. After a bit of trial and experiments, I found this ear plug made out of wax on Amazon & it is pretty good. Highly recommend it!
